About BNIX

Who are we?

BNIX is the Belgian Internet eXchange (IX), a platform which links different IP networks and allows them to communicate mutually with one another. It was set in 1995 up by BELNET, the Belgian national research network. In addition, BNIX is also a member of the European Internet Exchange Association (Euro-IX).
